Jordan’s Workout Routine

Jordan prefers to keep a very simple 6 day exercise routine listed below.

Cycling is done on a stationary bike and is used as a warmup tool to get the blood flowing and focus on the upcoming workout. I mostly do this because I JUST got out of bed and I don’t want to go straight into jumping. I want to get the blood moving and give me time to wake up.

Jump Rope workouts are meant to be intense, and full-body. If you cannot do some of the more advanced jumps that are included in our workout videos, you can get a similar workout benefit by doing the basic jump. Intensity and speed have a bigger impact than the type of jump/trick that you are doing.

Each weekday has a focus on a specific muscle group and will vary in quantity, intensity, and variation as necessary to see improved results. For example, the pushup intervals might include standard, military, wide, and narrow pushups. Some days, Jordan might do 10 sets of 15 pushups. Some days, Jordan might do descending sets 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, etc.

On Friday, Jordan plays hockey which is a solid workout for the day. Yoga is used to wrap up the week with a focus on mobility.

*Most people will place their squatting intervals later in the week. Jordan prefers to have them on Tuesday so his legs recover before Hockey on Friday.
