We are always adding to our library of jump rope video workouts. Each of our workouts can be altered to make them easier or harder.

If you’re just gettings started, you can subsitute the basic jump into any of the jump rope routines.

If you’re more advanced, you can go at a faster pace or skip some of the rest periods.

Workout Prep

We highly recommend that you start every workout with a 5 minute warmup and a 5 minute stretch. These simple routines will make sure that your body is properly prepared for your workout and will help to prevent injury.

Workout Routines

These workout routines are available in a variety of lengths. If you’re just getting started, we recommend doing 5 minute workouts for the first week until you can begin working your way toward completing 3-5x 30 minute workouts.
