Our second 10 minute jump rope workout is pretty simple. It’s just Boxer Step for all 10 intervals. Like previous workouts, we’re doing 40 second intervals with 20 seconds of rest.
Currently weighing 217lbs, I’m wanting to film and document my journey down to 185lbs.
If you cannot complete any of the advanced jump rope exercises, you can perform the basic jump instead.
