Let’s work on our side straddle & front straddle while jumping for 10 minutes. These jumps are a great way to start to build independence and coordination while skipping. Remember to push the tempo as fast as you can for maximum effect. Currently weighing 2170lbs, I’m wanting to film and document my journey down to 185lbs. If you cannot complete any of the advanced jump rope exercises, you can perform the basic jump instead.
