It’s day two for filming my jump rope workouts. Today I’m only using the boxer step/boxer skip. I find that it puts more pressure on the arms compared to the basic jump because you can skip much faster and somehow it fatigues the legs less.
Currently weighing 219lbs, I’m wanting to film and document my journey down to 185lbs.
If you cannot perform the Boxer Step, you can use the Basic Bounce.
